Daniel joined McMahon, Kublick & Smith in 1994. He concentrates his practice in the area of the Workers' Compensation Law, representing injured workers.
After earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. John Fisher College in 1990, Dan attended Syracuse University College of Law where he graduated with a Juris Doctor in 1994. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1995 and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York in 1996. He is also a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association, The American Bar Association, The Workers’ Compensation Bar of Central New York and the Injured Workers Bar Association.
He appears before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board on behalf of injured workers on almost a daily basis. Many of his clients come from Central New York’s most prominent labor unions, including the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, and The United Auto Workers.
Dan is often asked to lecture before labor groups and trade unions on Workers’ Compensation issues that may affect New York’s working men and women.
